Our team is growing due to an increase in workload, and we are looking for a Logistics Officer to join our Logistics Department.
Responsibilities:
Prepare export orders with customers.
Liaise with forwarders and shipping companies.
Follow orders through until receipts in stores.
Handle custom clearance and inland transport.
Oversee and input international purchasing and sales orders into SAP.
Track shipment schedules and proactively communicate with suppliers about order readiness and loading timelines.
Assist with the preparation and organization of arrival lists for suppliers, ensuring they are up-to-date and cost information is accurate.
Weekly update of arrival lists for the sales team.
Import and export costing.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in procurement, logistics, or supplier management.
University degree in Logistics Management, Economics or equivalent.
Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, will be a plus.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple suppliers and timelines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Greek and English.
Attention to detail and ability to handle cost tracking and reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
