About Molivin

Molivin is a growing company focused on creating exceptional furniture and interior solutions. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of the business and assist with a variety of projects.

This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include a combination of operational, administrative, and coordination tasks, such as:

• Coordinating day-to-day business operations.
• Communicating with clients, suppliers, service providers, and external partners.
• Assisting with the management and coordination of company assets and related activities.
• Monitoring ongoing tasks and ensuring projects progress on schedule.
• Organizing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Following up on outstanding actions and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Identifying issues proactively and proposing practical solutions.
• Providing general operational support across different business functions as required.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Has excellent communication skills in Greek and English
• Can manage multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure
• Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems independently
• Learns quickly and adapts to new situations
• Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
• Previous experience in operations, administration, project coordination, office management, or a similar role is preferred but not essential
