As part of its drive to further enrich and expand its Corporate Accounting & Tax Compliance Services department and build on its strong track record acting for high-profile local and international clients, SCORDIS, PAPAPETROU & Co (Corporate Services) Ltd is looking to recruit enthusiastic, dedicated Trainee Accountants to join a team of more than 20 accountants and tax professionals.  As a new graduate you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects and learn new skills as well as study towards your professional qualification. We provide the foundation for your development and giving you the tools, you need to succeed in your career.

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Assistance in the accounting for a portfolio of mainly international clients.

·       Processing accounting ledger transactions.

·       Performing reconciliations of control accounts, including all bank, debtor and creditor accounts.

·       Assistance in the preparation of financial statements

·       Preparation of reports and analysis.

 Requirements

·       Undergraduate degree in Accountancy & Finance or related field or any relevant accounting 

        qualification

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

·       Fluent in both oral and written English.

·       A team player

·       Professional and reliable.

·       Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

·       Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
