Account Assistant

Reporting to the Accounts Manager and Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling the fundamental aspects of the Company’s financial record keeping, including the day-to-day accounting and accounts operations (recording and maintaining financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements) as well as assisting in the preparation of the VAT returns and Social Insurance administration duties.
Job Description:
- Assist with bookkeeping and data entry
- Maintain financial records and documentation
- Handle invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Support payroll and VAT-related tasks
- Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding financial matters
- Perform general administrative duties as required

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of Accounting Software ESOFT, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in Greek and English
