Job Overview

We are hiring for a Senior Account Manager to join our NewCytech Team in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The Account Manager will be managing and developing existing and new clients, responding to customer requirements, whilst achieving revenue and margin targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Promoting company’s products and services to customers.
• Managing a portfolio of key accounts/ clients, maintaining and expanding relationships.
• Developing new accounts/ clients.
• Preparing and delivering an Account Planning.
• Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives and clients.
• Arranging, attending and leading customer meetings.
• Preparing proposals with the assistance of a Team and responding to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and day to day customer requests.
• Achieving sales targets.
• Running an end-to-end account management process.
• Attending Sales meetings with the Sales Manager and the Sales and Marketing Director.

Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant University degree.
• At least 5 Years of experience in Business Development or Sales in an IT integrator company building and promoting IT solutions.
• Manage Sales vs Targets.
• Excellent communication skills, with great attention to detail.
• A good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Successfully communicate with Senior Management and Vendors.
• A self-driven and a highly motivated individual, able to accelerate Sales and sustain yearly growth of business.
• Fluency in English verbal and written.
