Περιγραφή εργασίας

Καθήκοντα:

• Τήρηση και ενημέρωση των λογιστικών βιβλίων της εταιρείας.
• Έκδοση και καταχώριση τιμολογίων, επιταγών και λοιπών εγγράφων.
• Συμφιλίωση τραπεζικών και ταμειακών λογαριασμών.
• Έλεγχος και καταχώριση λογαριασμών πιστωτών και χρεωστών.
• Προετοιμασία οικονομικών καταστάσεων και αναφορών.
• Διασφάλιση ορθότητας και ακρίβειας των οικονομικών δεδομένων.
• Αρχειοθέτηση και διατήρηση οργανωμένου αρχείου.
• Συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς ελεγκτές και άλλους συνεργάτες.

• Εκτέλεση οποιασδήποτε άλλης εργασίας ανατεθεί από τον/την άμεσο/η προϊστάμενο/η ή/και τη Διεύθυνση.

   

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

• Δίπλωμα Λογιστικής (LCCI Higher ή αντίστοιχο).
• Πανεπιστημιακός τίτλος σε Λογιστική, Χρηματοοικονομικά ή συναφή κλάδο θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
• Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτή και προφορική).
• Άριστη χρήση Η/Υ και εφαρμογών MS Office, καθώς και εμπειρία σε λογιστικά προγράμματα.
• Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, ακρίβειας και προσοχής στη λεπτομέρεια.
• Ακεραιότητα χαρακτήρα και εχεμύθεια.
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση θα θεωρηθεί σημαντικό προσόν.
• Δυναμική προσωπικότητα με ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση και τήρησης προθεσμιών.

Accountant

Occhio Group is seeking to hire a pleasant and responsible individual to fill the position of Accountant.

Duties:

• Maintain and update the company’s accounting records.
• Issue and record invoices, cheques, and related documents.
• Reconcile bank and cash accounts.
• Review and process creditor and debtor accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and periodic reports.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all financial data.
• File documents and maintain organized records.
• Liaise with external auditors and partners.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor and/or management.

   

Required Qualifications:

• Accounting Diploma (LCCI Higher or equivalent).
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be considered an additional asset.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered a significant advantage.

• Dynamic personality with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

   

Remuneration:
An attractive compensation package will be offered, based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
