Preparation of accounting records for international and local clients
Correspondence and communication with the clients
Preparation of monthly reconciliations for banks, creditors and debtors
Preparation and submission of VAT and VIES reporting
Preparation and submission of Employer’s Return (TD 7)
Preparation and submission of Personal Income Tax Return (TD 1)
End to end processing of payroll functions for clients
Payment on behalf of the clients the Social Insurance Contributions and other Taxes through the online process.
Registration of clients to the Tax, VAT and Social Insurance Departments
Documentation and filling of accounting transactions in an organized manner
Liaison with the audit department
Candidate profile:
Accounting experience in an accounting/audit firm will be considered as an advantage
Academic background in accounting would be considered as an advantage
Attention to detail to detail and strong numerical skills
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (both verbal and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
Knowledge of BTMS and caseware software would be considered as an advantage
Professionalism ability to work with a team and, when necessary, to work under strict reporting deadlines
Pleasant personality
