Industry: Yachts Sales/ Brokerage & Marine Services

About Us:
We are a well-established Yacht Dealership/ Brokerage and Marine Services company operating in Cyprus. Due to the steady growth of our fleet and international operations, we are seeking a highly organized and discreet Accountant / Bookkeeper to manage our daily financial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and Excel.
• Process and record invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly allocated.
• Assist the Auditor with monthly closings and VAT returns.
• Issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
• Support the team with any other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven 2 to 3 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (preferable Eurosoft).
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, VAT and invoicing procedures.
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.

Working Hours 

This position is available on either a full-time basis (Monday to Friday, 08:00-13:00 & 14:30-17:30) or a part-time basis (Monday to Friday).
