We are seeking an Accounting & Administration Officer (ERP / Operations Support) to support the company’s daily activities across accounting, administration, and internal operations.
The role includes basic accounting tasks, accurate ERP system management, preparation of reports, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining accurate business data.
This is a hands-on, multi-functional position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key areas of involvement include:
- Supporting accounting processes (invoice posting, records, data checks)
- Maintaining and updating ERP system information
- Preparing operational and financial reports
- Coordinating orders, deliveries, and supplier communication
- Assisting with general office administration and internal processes
The position offers exposure to multiple areas of the business, making it ideal for candidates who want to develop practical experience in both accounting and operations within a commercial environment.
