Περιγραφή εργασίας

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Issuing and sending account statements to customers

• Communicates (by phone and electronically) with customers for collections, bill statements and invoicing.

• Preparation and submission of VAT

• To cooperate with the external auditors for the annual audits.

• Monthly publication of forecasts, results and statistics.

• Issuing of Works Executed Certificates

• Input and maintenance of relevant information in appropriate files pertaining to jobs’ certification, invoices issued and payments collected

Required Qualifications/ Skills:

·         Holder of LCCI Higher or Diploma in Accounting or partly or qualified ACCA/ACA

·         Excellent computer knowledge, (MS Office i.e Word & Excel).

·         Hard worker, confidentiality and a pleasant personality.

·         At least 2 years of experience in a similar position

·         Knowledge of tax laws for VAT, KA, GESY, will be considered an advantage

·         Well organised, dynamic character with good planning skills

·         Interest in changes in tax legislation

·         Responsibility, precision and attention to detail
