F/T Administration Officer
The American University of Cyprus is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administration Officer to support the daily operations of the University in a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative and organizational support to departments and management.
· Coordinate meetings, schedules, correspondence and documentation.
· Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
· Assist with reports, presentations and general office administration.
· Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders.
· Support day-to-day office operations in a confidential and professional manner.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
· Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken). Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
· Professional attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Qualifications
· Previous experience in an academic or professional environment.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
