Our Client is looking for an organised and proactive Advertiser Operations Technician to support the day-to-day management of advertiser accounts and ensure campaigns, deals and placements are delivered smoothly. This role presents an exciting opportunity for those with a strong background in media and marketing account management, particularly in performance marketing, to join a dynamic and innovative environment committed to excellence and growth. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the management and ongoing coordination of advertiser accounts.
- Communicate with advertisers via email and messaging platforms.
- Monitor traffic quality, performance and potential fraud issues.
- Use data and AI tools to identify issues and optimisation opportunities.
- Manage advertiser onboarding and campaign launches.
- Coordinate contracts, approvals, tracking and technical requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate paid placements and resolve issues.
- Follow up on outstanding actions to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, independent approach with confident communication skills.
- Comfortable working with data and performance reports.
- Able to manage multiple clients, tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, Salesforce, tracking platforms or similar technologies is an advantage.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €30,000 - €50,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
- Onsite and flexible hybrid working options are available.
