We're looking for AML Analyst to assist with the administrative tasks in regards of institutional client risk assessments, perform KYC/KYB procedures for new and existing clients, escalations to AML Director, remediation projects, support other departments in line with the AML procedures and policies of the Company. Assist to ensure the company’s ongoing compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

What You’ll Do:

• Collation and review of client documentation, including undertaking searches and assigning a risk rating and assessment of key factors to approve or reject the onboarding.
• Act as a point of contact with other teams for any issues or queries that may require escalation to senior management, cooperate with other colleagues
• Identifying, examining, investigating, and reporting any suspicious activities related to money laundering and terrorist financing. 
• Assisting with ongoing client monitoring and requesting additional due diligence
• Take an active role in projects, assisting in managing this aspect of workflow and suggesting improvement in the current procedures. 
• Assisting in preparation for material required for audit or regulatory reporting purposes, drafting of policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements
• Annual training for personnel in relation to AML/CTF
• Undertake any other reasonable compliance tasks as requested by your line manager
• Assist in the SAR reporting summary and collection of documents
• Gather information to improve the KYC and other key processes in the client base

What We Look For:

• Minimum two years of experience in AML or relevant field
• Experience with corporate client account onboarding
• Fluency in Greek and English both verbal and written
• Fluency in other languages will be considered as advantage
• Familiarity with CySEC reporting obligation
• Excellent teamwork skills to encourage a positive working environment
• Excellent communication skills and capable of explaining different concepts clearly to team members and clients
• Excellent analytical skills to solve problems independently in a practical and methodical way
• AML CySEC certification will be considered an advantage
• Familiarity with VASPs or FinTech industries
• Understanding of blockchain analysis
• Passionate to learn about crypto currency investigations and high-risk cases
