We are seeking a motivated and customer – focused Appointment Coordinator to join our Aftersales team in Limassol. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer service bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling process and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

 

Your main duties will be: 

  • Handle incoming calls, emails and online booking requests for service appointments.
  • Schedule and coordinate workshop bookings efficiently to optimize capacity. 
  • Confirm appointments with customers and provide service – related information. 
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the system. 
  • Laise with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth workflow. 
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments, rescheduling or additional services. 
  • Be courteous and welcoming to all customers while paying attention to details. 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role (automotive experience will be considered an advantage). 
  • Fluent in Greek and English. Knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage.
  • Computer skills are essential for the position and familiarity with basic software applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Professional appearance and pleasant personality. 
  • Strong customer focus with a positive attitude. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
