This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Pafos. The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, and producing detailed design and construction documentation. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with engineers and other consultants, supporting planning and permitting processes, and contributing to feasibility studies and project presentations. The role also involves participating in site visits, monitoring construction progress, and assisting with design adjustments and technical solutions as projects evolve. The Architect will work closely with the studio’s team to ensure design quality, functional performance, and alignment with client requirements and project timelines.

A successful candidate will have: 

• Minimum 3 years experience in Architectural Practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion, Revit & SketchUp
• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience across different building typologies.
• Experience or aptitude in Project Management, including coordination of stakeholders, timelines, and documentation.
• Professional degree in Architecture and eligibility for local professional registration or membership (e.g., ETEK or equivalent)
• Ability to produce clear drawings, reports, and presentations, and to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a studio environment.
