Pafilia is excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Architect to join our team, based at the stunning Minthis resort in Paphos—a world-class destination where timeless design meets contemporary living. Nestled among the hills of Cyprus, Minthis is a landmark project known for its distinctive architecture, serene landscapes, and sustainable luxury.

 

The successful candidate will work within a design team that includes Architects, Landscape Architects and Engineers, under the close guidance of the Project Manager. The role is instrumental in the full development of scheme design to include layout planning of individual villas, as well as the production of a full set of construction drawing package for each project.

 

Main Responsibilities:

·         Execution of Architectural Design Drawings from post sales contract approved layouts all the way to construction detailing

·         Preparation of planning application drawing packages

·         Coordination of consultants’ design work for the preparation of structural and M&E studies and for the submissions for building permit

·         Consolidation of all drawings

·         Preparation of construction detailed drawings

·         Participation in supervision of construction works

 

Necessary requirements:

·         University degree in Architecture

·         Minimum 3 years professional experience in a design office,

·         Fluency in both Greek and English languages both written and oral

·         Excellent Computer Skills: Autocad 2D (essential), REVIT (essential), 3D SketchUp, (highly desirable), other BIM or 3D software (desirable), MS Office, Internet & Outlook essential.
