We are seeking to recruit, on behalf of our client, an experienced and dynamic Architect to join a team of professionals.

ARCHITECT

Job Responsibilities

• Provide various predesign services which may include conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies, select a site, or specify the requirements the design must meet; 
• Prepare drawings and present ideas for reviewing; 
• Develop final construction plans that show the building's appearance as well as details for its construction;
• Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances; 
• Make necessary changes throughout the planning process.
• Supervision of projects from A-Z.
• To work all necessary time and hours to support the construction sites of the firm.

Requirements

• Holder of a recognized degree in architecture. 
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience. 
• Experience with agritourism projects will be considered an advantage
• Member of ETEK. 
• Fully conversant with Auto Cad and good knowledge of 3D-modeling software.
• Result-oriented and excellent communication skills. 
• Fluency in both Greek & English Languages.

Remuneration

• A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
