Role Summary

We are looking for a talented + enthusiastic architectural graduate to join our international design studio. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of existing projects in the UK + Cyprus, including masterplans, mixed-use commercial schemes [Office + Hotel] + residential schemes + on-site project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of architectural designs, from conceptual sketches to detailed construction drawings, under the guidance of the Project Lead.
• Prepare + modify architectural drawings + design documentation, ensuring all drawings adhere to specific building codes + regulatory standards.
• Participate in site visits to monitor the progress of projects, document construction activities, and assist in resolving design-related issues that arise during construction.
• Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, + other professionals to gather project requirements, integrate structural, mechanical, + electrical system designs into architectural information.
• Create physical + digital models of architectural proposals for presentations + competitions.
• Deliverables produced in accordance with [A]SQ’s design standards + procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Master’s degree in architecture.
• Good knowledge of design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite + Microsoft Office.  
• Experience of specific plug-ins, including Enscape, V-Ray + Grasshopper would be a plus.
• Strong verbal + written communication skills both in English + Greek.
• Candidates must be suitable for the ETEK Work Placement Programme

Hours

40 hours over x5 days - 8.30 - 5.30
