About the Role

Our client, a growing design & build studio based in Limassol, working on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across Cyprus, and now expanding into real estate development, creating thoughtfully designed, ready-to-move-in homes of their own, is looking to grow its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically skilled professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality architectural solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

The successful candidate will play an active role throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design and planning to technical documentation and construction support. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to great designs while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts from initial sketches through to detailed design and construction documentation
• Prepare drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using industry-standard software
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus building regulations and planning requirements
• Support permitting and submission processes to local authorities
• Conduct regular site visits and take an active role in project supervision during construction, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the build process
• Oversee and monitor the progress of works on site, identifying and resolving design or construction issues in a timely and professional manner
• Act as a point of contact between the design team and site, ensuring clear communication and continuity from design through to delivery
• Collaborate with the wider design, operations and management team on creative development and design quality
• Maintain high-quality design and service standards aligned with client expectations and studio values

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• 2–5 years of professional experience in an architectural practice
• Excellent knowledge in software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp. Any other software knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong design, visualization, and technical detailing skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes in Cyprus (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English; Greek is an advantage
