On behalf of our client, a global organization operating across multiple international markets, we are seeking an Assistant Commercial Manager to join their well-established team. The company operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and offers a great opportunity for professional growth.
Assistant Commercial Manager – Ref. (6244/ACM/ESS/CY)
Role overview:
In this role, you will support the Commercial team in achieving revenue targets, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to the execution of the overall commercial strategy. You will be involved in a wide range of commercial activities including account management, contract support, market analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy Support
· Support the development and execution of commercial plans and targets
· Contribute to achieving financial and business performance objectives
Account Management
· Support customer relationship management with local and international clients
· Assist in contract optimisation and alignment with business objectives
· Support compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines
· Help resolve customer issues and claims
Commercial Contracts
· Assist in preparing commercial offers, pricing, and contract terms
· Support negotiations and execution of sales contracts
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Commercial Performance & Reporting
· Monitor performance against targets and identify gaps
· Support preparation of commercial reports and updates
· Assist in implementing corrective actions when required
Market Analysis
· Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs
· Provide insights on market developments and opportunities
Budgeting & Planning
· Support annual budgeting and planning processes
· Monitor performance against budget and highlight variances
· Contribute to achieving departmental goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Business-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Fluent in English
- Strong team player with cultural awareness
