Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Paphos Breeze Hotel as the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily housekeeping operations across all hotel areas
- Supervise, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies
- Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linen
- Collaborate with other departments to meet operational goals
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in administrative tasks and reporting
Job Requirements:
- Hospitality Management graduate.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisor role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and equipment.
- Very good command of both Greek and English languages.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
