ASSISTANT OF COMPLAINCE OFFICER 

 

TATIANA ACHILLEOS LLC is Cyprus law firm that looking for a Assistant of Compliance Officer to ensure that its operations and business transactions follow all relevant AML and internal rules. 

To succeed in this role, you should be a reliable professional who is not afraid to speak their mind and stand by their decisions. You will be familiar with risk management and our industry’s standards. If you also have a sharp business acumen, we’d like to meet you.

(Salary range EUR 2200- 2500 gross per month)

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance of Compliance procedures
• Liaise with Compliance officer and management to make sure these rules are being followed.
• Collecting and maintaining due diligence documents, ensure compliance with AML legislation and carry out due diligence on clients.
• Reporting to Compliance Officer 
• Conducts regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law.
• Organization of training of staff
• Assistance in preparation of educational material for in-house seminar for employees
• Developing and implementing an effective legal compliance program
• Draft and revise company policies

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree in Business administration, economics or related field with CySec certificate, or Law degree with active license and completed AML training in 2025
• At least 2-year experience is required in collection of KYC documents. 
• Knowledge of English language, written and verbal. Greek and Russian language will be considered as a major advantage
• Computer literacy and good command of Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong attention to details skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player, positive attitude, and approachable personality
