Qualitas Real Estate is looking for a motivated Assistant Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Limassol.
This is a full-time position suited to someone who is confident, commercially minded and enjoys working with people. Previous real estate or sales experience would be an advantage, but we are equally interested in candidates with the right attitude, communication skills and drive to succeed.
The Role:You will work as part of our real estate team, assisting clients with the sale and rental of residential and commercial property across Cyprus.
Responsibilities will include:
Responding to buyer, seller, landlord and tenant enquiries
Arranging and conducting property viewings
Following up enquiries and developing prospective clients
Sourcing new properties and building relationships with property owners
Preparing and maintaining property listings
Working with the team to progress transactions from initial enquiry through to completion
Maintaining accurate records of leads, viewings and client activity
Supporting the continued growth of the Qualitas property portfolio
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent English communication skills; Greek and additional languages are an advantage
Confident and professional manner
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-focused approach
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Good organisational and computer skills
Driving licence and own vehicle
Previous experience in real estate, sales or another client-facing role is an advantage
