Responsibilities:

·         Collaborates with the team to achieve the store's goals.

·         Ensures a high level of customer service in the store.

·         Supports the Store Manager in training the team to foster team spirit and cooperation.

·         Plans and organizes daily tasks in the store.

·         Maintains the store’s visual and operational standards.

Qualifications:

·         Previous experience in similar position, preferably within the fashion field

·         Excellent communication and people skills

·         Leadership skills

·         Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language

·         Computer literate
