As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Audio-Visual (AV) TV Technician to join our Technical Department.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and effective maintenance and repair of AV products, while ensuring a high level of technical support and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Troubleshoot technical issues and identify faults independently.
· Provide prompt and professional technical support for hardware, software and network-related issues.
· Diagnose and repair AV equipment, including televisions and soundbars.
· Replace faulty hardware components and parts when required.
· Update service tickets and maintain accurate records in the company's systems.
· Complete all administrative aspects of assigned jobs accurately and on time.
· Provide accurate technical feedback, including call information and parts usage.
· Understand and apply relevant technical information and service procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Previous experience in repairing televisions and soundbars will be considered an advantage.
· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and take initiative.
· Good understanding of technical information and service procedures.
· Good computer skills and ability to work with service management systems.
· Ability to complete administrative tasks accurately and within deadlines.
· Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
· Professional attitude, reliability and commitment to customer service.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
