CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading importer and supplier of specialized cleaning products, cleaning tools, and cleaning machines for professional spaces, we are seeking to recruit a Back Office Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Back Office Administrator, you will handle a range of duties including updating and managing data within the company’s ERP system, registering and continuously updating products on the e-shop according to commercial needs, and providing secretarial support and telephone assistance to clients and partners. Our client is seeking applicants with 2+ years of previous experience in a similar Back Office or Administrative Support role, with excellent knowledge of Greek and English. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th salary.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Update and manage data within the company’s ERP system.
- Register and continuously update products on the e-shop according to commercial needs.
- Provide secretarial support and telephone assistance to clients and partners.
- Support the sales department in preparing quotations, processing, and monitoring orders.
- Coordinate with the logistics department regarding shipments and deliveries.
- Manage company correspondence and daily communication with customers and suppliers.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar Back Office or Administrative Support role.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and very good knowledge of English.
- Very good computer skills and excellent command of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using commercial or accounting software.
- Good understanding of basic accounting concepts.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented personality.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite will be considered a plus.
