The Bars Manager is a key member of the Food & Beverage Department, significantly enhancing our renowned gastronomy experience. Daily, bars venues serve hundreds of guests, providing efficient service and a diverse selection of drinks across various outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build an efficient team and actively support staff welfare, safety, development, and motivation
• Ensure staff receive on-the-job training and possess the necessary skills for maximum efficiency
• Oversee department operations to meet performance standards
• Arrange bar layout and furniture to optimize space and customer comfort
• Deliver the highest standard of service to each guest
• Address customer complaints and analyse any issues
• Supervise department operations to maintain agreed performance standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate of a Hotel Management School
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Strong knowledge of bar service trends, particularly in cocktail presentation
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Russian, German, or French is a plus
• Customer-focused attitude
• Strong leadership, managerial, and communication skills with a focus on team building
• Proven success in achieving profit and guest service goals in the hotel industry
• Experience in hotel openings is a plus
• Excellent computer skills
• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
