The Bars Manager is a key member of the Food & Beverage Department, significantly enhancing our renowned gastronomy experience. Daily, bars venues serve hundreds of guests, providing efficient service and a diverse selection of drinks across various outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build an efficient team and actively support staff welfare, safety, development, and motivation
- Ensure staff receive on-the-job training and possess the necessary skills for maximum efficiency
- Oversee department operations to meet performance standards
- Arrange bar layout and furniture to optimize space and customer comfort
- Deliver the highest standard of service to each guest
- Address customer complaints and analyse any issues
- Supervise department operations to maintain agreed performance standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate of a Hotel Management School
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong knowledge of bar service trends, particularly in cocktail presentation
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Russian, German, or French is a plus
- Customer-focused attitude
- Strong leadership, managerial, and communication skills with a focus on team building
- Proven success in achieving profit and guest service goals in the hotel industry
- Experience in hotel openings is a plus
- Excellent computer skills
- EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
