As a key member of the Food & Beverage Department, the Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in enhancing our renowned culinary experience. Our restaurants serve hundreds of guests daily, providing efficient service and a diverse menu across multiple outlets. By delivering genuine hospitality and professional service, you will become a valued ambassador of Kanika Hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead an efficient staff team, focusing on their welfare, safety, and development
- Ensure all staff receive training to perform their duties effectively
- Supervise departmental operations to meet performance standards
- Optimize bar layout for space efficiency and customer comfort
- Provide excellent service to each guest and address any complaints
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate of a Hotel Management School with at least 4 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong communication and people management skills, fluent in Greek and English
- Excellent computer literacy
- EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
