Cyprus Airports Food and Beverage (F&B) Ltd operates more than 25 food and beverage outlets at Larnaca and Paphos International Airports. The company is currently seeking to recruit a full-time employee for the following position at Paphos Airport.

Position

• Duty Manager 

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field will be considered an advantage
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector will be considered an advantage.

• Very good knowledge of Greek and English
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively supervise, train, and coordinate a team
• Ability to work shifts

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets
• Supervise, coordinate, and support the team during each shift
• Ensure high standards of customer service and passenger satisfaction
• Monitor stock, orders, products, and equipment
• Handle customer complaints and resolve daily operational issues
• Organize staff duties, breaks, and staffing requirements
• Complete required operational checks, records, and reports
