This role is ideal for someone with strong café/bar experience who enjoys being actively involved in daily operations, leading a small team and creating a great customer experience. The successful candidate will combine barista skills, customer service, sales ability and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of the bar/service area and ensure smooth service throughout the day.
• Work hands-on alongside the team in beverage preparation, order taking and customer service.
• Engage with customers, explain products and actively recommend drinks, pastries and other menu items.
• Lead, support and train the bar/service team, ensuring high standards of service, presentation and productivity.
• Maintain consistent coffee, beverage and product quality.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, receive deliveries and carry out stock checks.
• Monitor waste, product availability and display standards.
• Handle routine customer issues and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Oversee cash procedures, daily checks and operational handovers.
• Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen Supervisor and management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café, bar or similar hospitality environment.
• Practical barista and beverage preparation skills.
• Previous supervisory, shift leader or team-leading experience.
• Strong customer-facing and sales/upselling skills.
• Good understanding of stock control and day-to-day café/bar operations.
• Fluent English is required.
• Greek and/or Russian will be considered an advantage.
• Valid right to work in Cyprus.
• Reliable, organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of daily operations.

Working Conditions

Location: Limassol, Cyprus
5 days per week: Friday–Tuesday
Days off: Wednesday & Thursday
Working hours: 09:00–17:00
Growth opportunity: Salary review based on performance and increased responsibilities
