As a Bar Supervisor, you will assist in bar operations, ensuring guests receive top-notch service, maintaining staff productivity, and upholding health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all venues open on time and are ready for operation.
Understand beverage control, including inventory, bar pars, portion control, cost control, sales analysis, and food standards.
Deliver excellent guest service by allocating and supporting staff to maintain speed and cleanliness.
Ensure staff adhere to bar standards, correcting practices as needed.
Supervise and assist with the timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Ensure all staff are trained to hotel standards.
Understand basic F&B equipment terms, such as mise-en-place, setup styles, condiments, dishware, jigger, linen, etc.
Maintain high health and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
Strong customer service and communication skill
Courteous and positive attitude towards guests
Teamwork and supervisory abilities
Capable of working well under pressure
Proficient in Greek and English
Knowledge of Point of Sale System
EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
