Urbanica Hospitality is searching for a dedicated and experienced person for a full-time position to join our team. The Quality Lodge, under Urbanica Hospitality Management,  is a serviced building with 26 rooms in beach area in Oroklini. We provide a perfect service for our guests and we are looking for motivated and team and guest oriented individual. 

 

Position:

The Barista/Bar is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. As a Barista, you provide guests with excellent service and prepare high quality food and drinks to fuel their day.

 

Job Duties:

• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Mix ingredients to prepare high quality coffees and other beverages

• Advise customers on beverage choices, making suggestions when necessary

• Wash barware, glassware and utensils after each use

• Maintain a clean and sanitary coffee bar and café

• Collect payment and operate cash register

• Serve food items

• Ensure the coffee bar is well stocked with supplies

• Clean up after customers and clean work area

• Assist with the training of other baristas

• Mix ingredients according to beverage recipes

• Adhere to health and safety protocols including Covid-19 enhanced safety guidelines

• Other duties as required

 

Our requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Passion for guest service

• Verbal communication in English

• Previous experience preferred

• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
