Job Title: Barman / Barwoman B

Department: Food & Beverage – Front of House

Reports To: Assistant Beverage Manager
 

Job Profile:

Ararat Grand Residences is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Barman / Barwoman B to join our luxury bar team. The role is ideal for an individual eager to develop their bartending skills within a 5-star hospitality environment, supporting the bar team in delivering high-quality beverage service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Job Description

• Assist in the preparation and serving of beverages according to standard recipes and specifications
• Support Barman A in ensuring consistency in drink quality, taste, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times
• Prepare garnishes, glassware, and bar tools in line with mise en place standards
• Assist in restocking beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies during service
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company standards
• Support smooth bar operations during busy service periods
• Assist in basic guest service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment
• Help with closing and opening duties of the bar area

 Person Specification

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel environment is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service techniques
• Willingness to learn and develop bartending skills
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food & beverage safety standards

 Work Environment:
