Work Pattern: 20 hrs per week. Wednesday-Saturday 1830-2330.
Location: Troodos.

About the role
Job Description:

• We are looking for friendly and customer-focused Barman/Barwoman to join our team in Troodos. involves supporting the day-to-day bar operation, pre-paring and serving drinks, delivering excellent customer service and maintain-ing high standards of hygiene.
• This role is ideal as a second job, involving evening working Wednesday-Sat-urday 1830-2330 only.
   

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Operate tills and handle payments accurately
• Restock and monitor bar supplies and stock level
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the bar area
• Follow food safety, health & safety procedures at all time
• Support the wider team during busy service periods
   

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in bar, hospitality or customer service environment de-sired but not essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and health & safety
• Good spoken and written English
• Flexible approach to shifts, weekends, and evening work.

• Basic salary €791.19 + C.O.L.A

Αναζητούμε φιλικό και προσανατολισμένο Μπάρμαν για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας στο Τρόοδος. Ο ρόλος περιλαμβάνει την υποστήριξη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του μπαρ, την προετοιμασία και εξυπηρέτηση ποτών, την παροχή εξαιρετικής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και τη διατήρηση υψηλών προτύπων υγιεινής.

Η θέση είναι ιδανική ως δεύτερη εργασία, με απογευματινές βάρδιες μόνο Τετάρτη–Σάββατο (18:30–23:30).

 Καθήκοντα

• Προετοιμασία και σερβίρισμα αλκοολούχων και μη αλκοολούχων ποτών
• Παροχή φιλικής και επαγγελματικής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
• Χειρισμός ταμείου και σωστή διαχείριση πληρωμών
• Αναπλήρωση και παρακολούθηση αποθεμάτων μπαρ
• Διατήρηση καθαριότητας και υγιεινής στον χώρο του μπαρ
• Τήρηση κανόνων ασφάλειας τροφίμων και υγείας & ασφάλειας
• Υποστήριξη της ομάδας σε περιόδους αυξημένης εργασίας

Προσόντα

• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε μπαρ, φιλοξενία ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών (επιθυμητή αλλά όχι απαραίτητη)
• Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και κοινωνικές δεξιότητες
• Θετική στάση και ικανότητα ομαδικής εργασίας
• Ικανότητα αυτόνομης εργασίας και σε γρήγορο περιβάλλον
• Βασικές γνώσεις υγιεινής τροφίμων και υγείας & ασφάλειας
• Καλή γνώση προφορικών και γραπτών Αγγλικών
• Ευελιξία σε βάρδιες, Σαββατοκύριακα και απογευματινή εργασία

• Βασικός μισθός: €791.19 + Τιμαριθμικό Επίδομα (C.O.L.A)
