Atlantica Oasis is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Bartenders / Waiters to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidates will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve beverages, and contribute to creating a memorable guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
Assist guests with menu selections and special requests
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of bar and service areas
Prepare garnishes and beverage decorations
Follow opening and closing procedures according to hotel standards
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and personal presentation
Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Attend mandatory trainings as required by company and government regulations
Requirements:
Hotel School diploma or secondary education with relevant hospitality experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Strong communication and customer service skills
Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance
Reliable, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
