Our bars are among the happiest places in the hotel! Join our team as a Bartender and provide exceptional service to our guests. While mixing and serving drinks professionally is key, keeping the bar clean and efficient during peak hours is equally vital.

 

If you have an outgoing personality, this role offers a chance to learn and embody the Kanika team spirit and values that we cultivate and reward.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a clean and tidy bar area
• Mix cocktails and serve beverages courteously
• Have strong beverage knowledge to assist guests with their orders
• Set up and prepare function areas
• Support the Bar Supervisor as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma from a Hotel School in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Strong command of English
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, HACCP, and Food Hygiene requirements
• Friendly, pleasant, and discreet personality
• EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
