About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated BIM Coordinator / Technician (Dual Role) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical BIM skills who are eager to either take the next step in their career as a Coordinator or continue building their expertise as a Technician.

You will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards, and supporting the wider design and construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update accurate 3D BIM models from 2D drawings, sketches, and design documentation.
• Produce high-quality 2D drawings and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Ensure all modeling work follows BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project protocols, and company standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate models across multiple disciplines.
• Assist in clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Support and provide guidance to project team members on BIM processes and tools.
• Contribute to coordination meetings and ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Participate in internal QA/QC checks to maintain model accuracy and integrity.
• Provide input for improving workflows, standards, and BIM best practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in BIM roles (1–3 years for Technician / 3+ years for Coordinator).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required); experience with Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar platforms is a strong asset.
• Solid understanding of construction documents, building systems, and project workflows.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for working with both internal and external stakeholders.
