Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial accounts
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Maintain and update general ledger entries
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow summaries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial matters
• Preparation and submission of VAT reports

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software SAP Business One and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements
