Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a leading company in the premium beverage and FMCG sector, is seeking to recruit a Brand Executive (Spirits) based in Larnaca.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Spirits, you will drive the visibility and growth of a portfolio of premium spirits brands through smart brand execution, trade activations and strong collaboration with Sales and suppliers.

What you’ll do

• Implement brand plans, campaigns and trade activations across on- and off-trade channels.
• Translate global brand guidelines into impactful local initiatives.
• Work closely with Sales to achieve sales, visibility and promotional targets.
• Support key accounts with tailored product and activation recommendations.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and sales data to spot growth opportunities.
• Coordinate tastings, in-store activities, brand events and promotional materials.
• Deliver product presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams.
• Act as the main liaison with suppliers and support regular performance reporting.

What you’ll bring

• University degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in brand, trade marketing, commercial or FMCG roles (beverages/spirits/hospitality is an advantage).
• Solid understanding of brand and trade marketing principles.
• Strong communication, organisational and project-coordination skills.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Fluency in Greek and English; MS Office proficiency; valid driving licence.

• Salary up to €30,000 gross per year (including 13th salary).
