Are you a marketing professional with a passion for brand development, consumer behaviour, and driving impactful marketing campaigns?

Our client, a well-established organisation operating in the FMCG and Food Retail industry, is seeking to recruit a motivated and commercially minded Brand Manager to join its marketing team.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager or Group Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities across assigned sales channels. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing external partners, monitoring market trends, and identifying opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, enhance consumer satisfaction, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the annual Marketing Plan for the assigned sales channels.
• Develop and implement action plans and marketing strategies for the assigned channels, under the guidance of the Senior Brand Manager or Group Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate and guide advertising agencies, media representatives, and other external partners, ensuring the effective execution of advertising and promotional activities.
• Monitor the progress and performance of marketing campaigns and report relevant results to senior management.
• Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer needs, behaviours, preferences, and trends.
• Provide recommendations on potential new product introductions across the assigned sales channels.
• Monitor and analyse local and international competitors, including their products, marketing activities, and business practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies based on market and competitor insights.
• Participate in the development and implementation of consumer engagement and reward initiatives through loyalty schemes.
• Support the implementation of branding policies, promotional communication tools, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute promotional activities in line with the marketing plan for each sales channel.
• Implement initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and enhancing overall consumer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or an MBA, will be considered an advantage.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within retail, food service, or supermarket organisations.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent computer and systems skills.
• Knowledge of graphic design software, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

What They Offer

• Salary: €1,900–€2,300 gross per month, depending on relevant experience.
