About the Role

We are seeking a commercially minded Brewer Specialist to build awareness, distribution and demand for our beer portfolio across the On-Trade market in Cyprus. Combining beer expertise with customer engagement and commercial insight, the role supports the growth of our brands through strong trade relationships, product education and impactful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with bar owners, hospitality professionals and key trade influencers, while identifying new customers and growth opportunities.

• Plan and conduct regular customer visits, supporting increased brand presence, product listings and distribution across On-Trade outlets.

• Deliver beer tastings, product training and educational sessions for customers and outlet staff, communicating the quality, provenance and distinctive characteristics of our brands.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing & Customer Marketing teams on customer presentations, commercial proposals and activities that strengthen visibility and sales.

• Plan and deliver targeted brand activations, trade events and memorable customer experiences.

• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity, translating insights into opportunities for growth.

• Represent the designated beer portfolio as a trusted beer expert and brand ambassador at relevant trade and customer events.

• Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of beer production, styles and categories, with a passion for premium and craft beer.

• Experience in the On-Trade or hospitality sector and a strong customer-focused, commercial mindset.

• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Results orientation, self-motivation, creativity and strong organisational skills.

• Fluency in Greek and English.

• Experience in bar management is an advantage; Microsoft Office proficiency is also desirable.
