We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the delivery of impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: 

• Build a strong understanding of the company’s products and stay informed on new features, enhancements, and business priorities.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clearly define business requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user-focused documentation, and actionable deliverables.

• Provide timely and professional support on business analysis-related queries and project needs.

• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the planning, development, testing, and implementation stages of projects.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation while supporting knowledge sharing across the organization.

• Develop a deep understanding of business applications and proactively recommend practical improvements that add value.

Key Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT-related role will be considered as an advantage.

• Strong ability to create clear and structured requirements documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models.

• Confidence in translating business needs into functional requirements for Engineering and QA teams while managing priorities effectively.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and coordinating approvals.

• Strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Practical experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business documentation.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Ability to turn complex data and business information into clear, practical insights.

• Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write and understand queries.

• Professional certifications will be considered an asset.

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within a software development environment will be considered a strong advantage.

• Knowledge of DevOps platform or similar (Jira) will be considered a strong point.
