Leptos Estates, Leading Property Developers is seeking to recruit for Paphos, an experienced:

Business Applications Officer

Responsibilities:

•  Provide day-to-day support for the Group’s ERP, CRM, HR/Payroll and other business applications
• Assist users with system issues, data corrections and standard operational requests
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements and help improve existing processes
• Prepare, maintain and support standard operational reports, enquiries, extracts and dashboards           from the Group’s business applications
• Support system configuration, testing, data migration and new functionality rollouts
• Support and coordinate the migration of business applications and data from legacy systems to new   ERP, CRM, HR/Payroll or other approved platforms, including requirements gathering, data                    validation, testing, user acceptance, training and go-live support
• Coordinate with software vendors and implementation partners to resolve application and reporting   issues
• Prepare user guides, maintain system and report documentation, and provide user training
• Monitor data quality and support accurate and consistent information across systems
• Perform other IT duties as assigned

Requirements:

•  Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business and reporting requirements and translate them into practical system solutions
• Ability to review data critically and identify inconsistencies or unusual results
• Good communication skills and confidence working with users, management and external partners
• Well organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Team player with a willingness to learn and develop
• Very good command of Greek and English languages

 Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with reporting or data-visualisation tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL
• Understanding of business processes in areas such as Sales, Finance or Operations
• Previous experience in application development, workflow automation or software development will be considered an advantage
• Experience with recognised ERP, CRM or HR/Payroll platforms will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of accounting principles and processes will be considered an advantage
