Leptos Estates, Leading Property Developers is seeking to recruit for Paphos, an:

IT Support Officer

Responsibilities:

·         Provide first-level technical support to employees, both onsite and remotely

·         Install, configure and maintain computers, software, printers and other IT equipment

·         Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi and VPN

·         Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts, devices and access rights

·         Maintain IT documentation and the IT asset inventory

·         Assist senior IT staff with system upgrades, technology rollouts and new implementations

·         Provide onsite support to other Group companies in Paphos when required

·         Perform other IT-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

·         Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

·         Patient, service-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure

·         Team player who can adapt to changing priorities

·         Well organised and able to follow issues through to resolution

·         Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced IT environment

·         Very good command of Greek and English languages

·         Valid driving license

Qualifications and Experience:

 ·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

·         Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems and familiarity with macOS

·         Experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, printers, browsers and common business                           applications

·         Basic understanding of networking and connectivity troubleshooting

·         Previous experience in an IT support position will be considered an advantage

Salary and benefits:

·         Remuneration package based on qualifications and experience
