Premier Holiday Rentals is one of Cyprus' growing holiday rental and property management companies, specialising in high-quality villas and apartments across Protaras, Ayia Napa, Kapparis and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to help grow our portfolio of managed holiday rental properties.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and helping businesses grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new property owner leads.
• Contact prospective owners by telephone, email, WhatsApp and social media.
• Arrange and attend meetings with property owners.
• Conduct property inspections and present our management services.
• Prepare and present property management proposals.
• Negotiate and secure new management agreements.
• Guide owners through the complete onboarding process.
• Coordinate photography, compliance documentation and listing preparation.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure properties are launched successfully.
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
• Build strong long-term relationships with property owners.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional manner.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Full driving licence.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, property or business development is preferred but not essential.

• Competitive salary (€1,500–€2,000 per month depending on experience).

Working Hours

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours per week
