As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with current partners
• Planning and overseeing international marketing initiatives.
• Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Writing business proposals
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following international industry trends
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

 

Skills and Qualifications:

• A university degree from an English speaking university
• Excellent command of the English language
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to negotiate
• Experience with design and implementation of a business development strategy
• Experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Excellent organizational skills.
