About La Mer Homes

La Mer Homes is one of Cyprus' leading luxury villa management companies. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and ambitious professional to help expand our portfolio and build strong relationships with property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new villa owners
• Conduct owner meetings and presentations
• Negotiate and secure management agreements
• Manage contract renewals and owner relationships
• Monitor market trends and business opportunities
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve growth targets

Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, real estate, hospitality, or tourism would be an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Fluent English (Greek is an advantage)
• Valid driving lisence
