Dedserve Limited of Limassol, Cyprus (the “Company”) is looking to hire a Business Development Manager (“BDM”) who will be responsible for driving business growth within the company. This BDM will be asked to develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Top 5 skills the person we are looking should have are the following:
- Communication and interpersonal skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Research and strategy;
- Business intelligence; and
- Networking.
Other qualifications: Excellent knowledge of English language, graduate of University/college, experience of more than 2 years as BDM.
It’s important for the BDM to understand the services he/she is selling, so having a close relationship with the operation managers that will help him/her gain the knowledge of how things are done on the ground.
BDM will be expected to improve profitability and scalability through strategic planning and innovation or to enhance the operations, services, positioning, or reputation of your company.
Whether he/she is part of a larger team or hold the responsibility for all the sales, relationships are going to be key to his/her success.
