Farmakas Water is seeking an experienced, commercial, and driven Business Manager to oversee our operations, optimize production efficiencies, and spearhead market growth. Operating within the fast-paced FMCG sector, you will take full operational and financial ownership of the business, ensuring seamless production while strategically expanding our market footprint.

​This role requires a leader who balances high-level strategic financial management with hands-on operational leadership. You will report directly to the shareholders and be fully accountable for driving profitability, building organizational capability, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Operational & Supply Chain Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end operations of the water bottling plant, ensuring production targets, quality control, and logistical efficiencies are consistently met.
• ​Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and grow the existing operational, sales, and administrative teams. Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
• ​Financial Accountability & Budgeting: Take full ownership of the annual operational budget, cost management, and P&L performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency gains within production and distribution.
• ​Shareholder Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial and operational feedback performance reports to the shareholders.
• ​Commercial Growth: Identify and execute new market opportunities, manage relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks across Cyprus.

​Requirements & Qualifications

• ​Proven FMCG Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of leadership or management experience strictly within the FMCG or beverage manufacturing industry.
• ​Financial Literacy: Strong background in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
• ​Proven Leadership: Demonstrated track record of managing, building, and scaling teams successfully.
• ​Language Skills: Fluency in both Greek and English is essential.
• ​Location/Mobility: Ability to effectively manage time between the production facility in Farmakas and corporate/distribution networks in Nicosia.
